2009 – 2016: Exchange of experience in the VDMA

At the VDMA, we have moderated numerous experience exchange rounds on innovation and business development. The focus was on two central questions:

– How do market-driven innovations emerge that secure a company’s future?

– How do you identify new business areas and develop them successfully?

2011: Innovation management study ‘Idea wanted’

How do companies systematically come up with really good ideas? To find out, we conducted a comprehensive study among managing directors and development managers and prepared it for an inspiring exchange. The study focussed on methods for promoting a diversity of ideas – from idea workshops and market observation to strategic problem-solving approaches.

2014 – 2020: The ZEBI. – Zentrum for Business Development & Innovation

With the ZEBI. , we created an exclusive platform where a fixed group of decision-makers met regularly to discuss current topics relating to business development and innovation. The ZEBI. friends met 1-2 times a year and benefited from in-depth discussions, expert knowledge and best practices.

From 2025: Our new initiative – High-calibre exchange for decision-makers

After the break caused by coronavirus, it’s time for a new form of dialogue: a top-class discussion format for managing directors and innovation decision-makers. Digital, structured and particularly insightful in two stages.
